Bletchley Hall - interersting to visit?

Has anyone been to Bletchley Hall? It looks like it would be very interesting, especially for a teen. But it's not mentioned by Rick Steves or another popular travel source. Any idea why? Have you visited and is it a worthwhile stop? Please advise.

It’s extremely interesting if you are interested in WW11 history, the history of computing, Alan Turing, gay history and women’s contribution to victory.

Rick doesn’t mention about 99% of the things in the UK that are worth seeing.

Bletchley Park is very interesting. An easy day trip from London by train. Will take most of a day to work through the various buildings and displays.

We went there last year and I was really surprised at how interesting it was. Spent about 4 hours which is honestly a record for my family who are very vocal about their dislike of ‘old things’.

Love Bletchley Park! So easy to visit from London. It is just a 5 minute walk from the train station.

We visited Bletchley Park in December and loved it. It was a highlight of our week in London! The guided tour was interesting and it was fascinating to go through all the different buildings and exhibits, especially if you are already somewhat aware of the history. If your teen has any interest in this, I would encourage a visit and some research prior, even if it's just watching a movie (The Imitation Game would be a good one) about the site. It was an easy train ride from London (directions on the Bletchley website). And if your teen is interested in that, he/she may also find the Churchill War Rooms in London of interest, and a tour of the Parliament building is also an interesting thing that's not a stuffy art museum and might be of interest.
