I am wondering what recent experiences with Blackberry Cars has been like. We are now thinking of hiring them when we arrive at Heathrow.

Have used them twice for Heathrow. No problems. Using them again next month.

We used them once for a trip from Heathrow to our son's house in East London. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the service but we haven't used it again. It's both a lot cheaper and quite a lot quicker to just use public transport.
