Bike tour in Oxford?

Has anyone done one of these and can suggest or not? I saw them on Trip Advisor and it looked like it might be fun for our day in Oxford...there are not a ton of reviews though. Is it fairly safe to bike around Oxford? I don't have a good sense of the town. My daughter is 13 and son is almost 16, they do bike but are not serious cyclists or anything. We did not want to get bikes in Amsterdam as it seemed a bit too hectic. Our other option is a walking tour, which would also be fun. We will be there next week. It looks like it may be rainy so biking in the rain may not be a great idea...?
thanks!

I guess no one has done this. Oh well. I will report if we end up doing it! :)

A lot of people cycle in Oxford but this does make it quite busy. A lot of pedestrians (tourists!) seem to drift into the roads to walk, too, and you often see cyclists swerving to avoid them.

Are your family members experienced cyclists?

No, we are not, though also not total novices. We ride bikes on vacation and at home but leisurely. I take it you don't think we should try this if we are not experienced? I am totally fine with that and that is partially why I asked. I don't want it to be stressful or dangerous. I will also take note of not getting in the way of cyclists if we are walking :)
Thanks!
