Is (or when will be) scaffolding removed from Big Ben in London?

It looks gorgeous!! Now it is the Palace of Westminster with the scaffolding on the non river side.

There's still some scaffolding at the base. I'm hoping by the time we're there in 2 weeks, it will all be gone :)
