Was recommended a car service by the name of Kabbee, it's an app, etc. Anyone here use it before?
Could also just do Uber.
I'm not against the Tube, but wife pointed out how tired we may be, lugging bags, etc.

Personally I would recommend the tube. Just buy your Oyster Card at Heathrow (if you haven't got one already) and plonk down on a seat. Covent Garden is on the same line (Piccadilly) as Heathrow, so it is easy.
Oyster pay-as-you-go fares are £5.10 (Mon - Fri, 06:30 - 09:30) and £3.10 (all other times). A pre-booked taxi will cost 10 times that, and be slower.

For us, the "best" is never car service. For Covent Garden, the best is a one-seat ride on the Piccadilly Line directly to Covent Garden. We wheel our luggage as opposed to lugging it.
