Best site to buy Britrail pass

We are planning on buying the London plus Britrail pass. Which site should I use?
Also what is the best-quickest way to get from Salisbury to Glastonbury? Bus, train, mix?
Thanks

On the second question Glastonbury has no rail station.

So take a train every 30 minutes to Bristol Temple Meads, journey time 75 to 90 minutes. A bus calls outside the station every 30 minutes, number 374, 375 or 376 (they will have Street, Taunton or Bridgwater as their destination), they take 90 minutes to Glastonbury, so about a 3 hour journey overall. Bus fare £2 each way.

Salisbury to Bristol by bus would be 2 changes, taking about 3 hours overall.

PS-it is 56 miles or 90 minutes drive time from Salisbury to Glastonbury. Looking back at your past posts this seems to be a planned day trip. I personally would be willing to do this as a day trip, but it is a long one. My field of thought (from an earlier post of yours) is whether you found anywhere that could do a one day car rental for you- as other posters thought your age should not be a bar.

Suzanne,

I've just been looking. Enterprise have a depot at Salisbury, and they appear to have no upper age limit, just lower limits.

This is what they say about age on their website-

The minimum age to rent for all vehicles is 30. Renters aged 25 or older may rent cars and SUVs of the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, Small People Carriers as well as Vans except for Luton Vans with tail lift for which the minimum age is also 30. No additional surcharges apply. Renters aged 19 years or older who have held a full driving licence for at least one year, can access a vehicle through Enterprise Car Club. Find more information at www.enterprisecarclub.co.uk.

They are giving me £80 or so for a one day rental for a quick test booking. Whether you could beat that through a broker, maybe.
