I have seen Portobello Road and Brick Lane mentioned as good weekly markets. Also check out Camden and Spitalfields, which are open daily, a mix of retail and flea market stuff.

Think you can ride the newly opened Elizabeth Line if you leave from Paddington on Thameslink train to Farringdon then hop on the Elizabeth Line to Whitechapel where you’ll board an Overground train to Shoreditch High Street. 5 minute stroll from station to the market.

From there I’d admire street art as I walked to Old Spitafields to shop some more and have lunch.
