Hello all. We are doing the above tour in June (first time in England). We will be traveling to Highclere Castle for the Downton Abbey Concert on 6/22 at 4 p.m. Can anyone advise as to the best transportation from Bloomsbury? Thanks for any input!

Train from Paddington Station to Newbury and then get a taxi cab to Highclere. You’ll need to arrange for a cab to pick you up from Highclere to return you to Newbury Station. Be certain to investigate how late trains travel back from Newbury to Paddington.
