Months ago we booked a Yorkshire tour with this company online for an upcoming trip, paid the full amount, and received the confirmation email. Since then we have tried to contact them several times via email, online chat, and phone calls but have not heard back from them at all. Has anyone taken a tour with this company lately? Are they still operating? At this point we're concerned we'll be left standing at the designated meeting point in York and out a bit of money.

They are still taking bookings, and were still afloat as of March. The last accounts from September 2024 show they have just two employees- the directors (who are related to each other) and £80,000 of assets. So a bit of a family run micro company.
The assets must basically be their minibus.
So not the biggest of tour companies.
