I read in Rick Steves' Great Britain that there's a bus from Bath to Stratford-upon-Avon that takes 4 hours, including a change in Bristol. I can't find information on this on the internet. Can you help with details?

www.travelinesw.com shows one departing Bath at 14:45, connecting in Bristol, and arriving S-u-A at 18:35 on the date I checked.
