One of my family members has mobility issues and thus would like me to book a Bath private tour. She does not feel that she could keep up with the free city walking tour. In the Rick Steves England guide book he recommends Bath Parade Guides (www.bathparadeguides.co.uk). Does anyone have any experience with them? When I try to pull up this website my computer gives me a warning that this is a suspicious web page. I also do not see this company listed in the official Bath tourism website (www.visitbath.co.uk). In addition I don't see any reviews of this company on Tripadvisor. Thank you.
have you approached the Bath TI with your special needs? They may be able to restructure their walk to take the needs into account.... I would expect that to be the case....
Bath is relatively small and you may not need a guide at all. Unless you plan to go up the hill to The Crescent, everything of tourist interest is going to be centered down around the baths. Use some Google maps and look around.
