We are wondering if there are any great 1/2 day tours from Bath. We have already been to Stonehenge and Avesbury and Salisbury and Wells so looking for something else that is maybe 6 hours or less of a guided tour.
We did Bath back in 2017 and did a half day walking tour that was good.
Still, you really don't need to take a tour, you can do it yourself.

I think the OP is asking about half day tours that leave from Bath, rather than tours of Bath.
Yes that’s right we are looking to leave Bath for a half day tour.
Bristol has a number of proponents here on the forum. It's a short train ride from Bath. You may be able to do it on your own.

I just thought of something .... this isn't really a "tour" but you can go out and see the American Museum of Bath. I thought it was interesting although as someone who lives in the West I felt it was very skewed to the NE US. When I visited they had a shuttle bus running back and forth from the center of Bath but it looks like that is no longer being offered.
Stratford on the Avon
Bradford on Avon is close by and a pretty town. You could also walk the canal towpath to Bathampton and have lunch at a pub. We ate at the Bathampton Mill a few years back and quite enjoyed it.
