Hi there -
We are thinking to spend Christmas in Bath - has anyone stayed in a nice centrally located B&B or Guest House they would recommend?
We would like one where we can walk to everything.

In 2 1/2 months we will be spending 5 nights at Brooks Guest House. It came highly recommended by this forum. We plan lots of walking…very well located to many sites! And also to train station for day trips.

The Brooks Guest House is great with fantastic breakfast. Also, it is at a great location.

Another vote for Brooks Guest House on Upper Bristol Rd. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and easy to walk to just about anywhere. Great restaurant named The Scallop Shell is just a few blocks away if you want really good seafood.

Another recommendation for the Brooks Guest House. We also recommend the Scallop shell but you may want to make reservations. They are always very busy. Dough Pizza is also very good.

It was quiet, clean, excellent location, and wonderful breakfast. Very friendly host as well. We couldn't have been happier.
