B&B in Bourton on Water or Cotswold villages

Looking for B&B recommendations for two nights on Bourton On Water or Cotswolds village to do day trips to Bleinheim in Woodstock and Bristol. We have stayed in Burford. We are interested in visiting Bampton but we are wondering if there is enough interest there for a two night stay?

We have stayed at the Hawthorn House in Witney in the Cotswolds twice. Witney is not a town with the charm of some of the Cotswold villages, but we liked staying there. We were touring all day and came back there at night. Witney has all the amenities you would want with many restaurants. The Hawthorn House is very nice and we walked from there into the town, plus there's a very nice pub with good food across the street from it. We drove from there to Bampton for the day and also Bleinheim.

We are staying six nights in Chipping Campden this October. I would recommend it over Bourton on Water

Meadow Rise Guest House, Broadlands Guest House and The Lawns B&B all in Bourton-on-the-Water. I highly recommend staying in Bourton-on-the-Water.

While I like the stream that runs through Bourton On Water, it is too touristy all the time. I stayed at the Dragon House B&B in Chipping Campden, but don't think it's there any longer. While it is slightly smaller than B on W Chipping Campden isn't, all tourists all the time. Both towns are nice especially if you've never been to either.

We stayed at the Bramley House B&B in Chipping Campden. Our room was lovely, the proprietors are friendly, and we quite enjoyed our stay there. It was slightly out of the center of town, but an easy walk to it. http://www.bramleyhouse.co.uk/default.php
