Update! B&B Damaged, Need New Accomodations Next Month

Hello!
We just found out that the B&B in Stow-on-the-Wold which we were booked with in September has had property damage and needs to cancel our reservation. I'll be spending the day seeking a new option, so if you have any favorite Cotswold villages and places to stay for 2 nights, chime in!

We liked Broadway as a base and stayed there for a week at an airbnb earlier this year. It had a few nice places to eat and we hiked up the hill to Broadway Tower a few times, where you will find a nice coffee shop with food options.
Broadway was fairly quiet in May, which we liked. We drove to several other villages from there.

I think we stayed in Morton-in-Marsh as a base for a couple of nights...23 years ago.

I stayed at the Bell Inn in Moreton-in-Marsh in 2016. It's a short walk from the train station and there's lots of parking in front if you have a car. Breakfast is provided and it's also a pub with good pub food other times of day. Some evenings there is music.

All that and more is described at their website linked below. There's something unique about the place, but I'll leave that for you to discover...

Thanks for the suggestions! Most places are booked on our dates, but I just secured rooms at Manor Farm in Chipping Campden. Phew!
