B and B in London - which to select?

Hello!
We plan to be in London for 9 nights in Mid June. We have checked on airbnb and narrowed our choices of homestay, with equal rates, to 4 places, as below. Request your ideas on location and which one will fit best. The bottomline is, we dont want to spend too much time, travelling to get to the main attractions.

  1. Stoke Newington, 10 mins walk from Arsenal Tube station, on Picaddily line
  2. Another one between Queens Park and Maida Vale tube stations
  3. Near Ladbroke Grove tube station in West London on the Hammersmith and City line
  4. In central Wimbledon, 5 mins from the Wimbledon station on the District line

Please give your thoughts.

number 4 - will you be away from SW19 before Wimbledon Fortnight?

number 4 - the Thameslink service from Wimbledon to London can be interesting to experience. When it is running well, Wimbledon is at the end of a loop. If you go one way it is reasonably fast, if you go the other it takes more time because of the junctions and more stops.

By the way - you are using the terms Airbnb and B and B in the same question. You do know that they are completely different in what is provided and ambience?
