I used to live in Canterbury and had never heard of this! But for those interested in it, here’s the website: https://augustinecamino.co.uk/

They offer accommodation booking and luggage transfer.

There seems to be an upturn of interest in “caminos” these days.

I can’t help with details, I’m afraid, but am curious to know more.

I haven't walked it but stumbled across the beginning (or end) when I was in Ramsgate for other reasons, and happened to do the first well waymarked bit.
It's restoration as an ancient pilgrim route seems to have been quite recent.
And it's inclusion as part of the official route to Santiago de Compostela even more recent.
Public transport in Kent is good enough that I would stay in one place and commute from there for each days start and end.
A good plan I think would be to register as a pilgrim at Canterbury Cathedral and stay there in their Guest House. Doing that brings several real benefits.
Look at the Cathedral website.
That option was suggested to me a few weeks ago by Michael Seewer from Seattle so if you can't find it his notes can be looked up.

Rochester is 30 miles from London and 50 miles from Ramsgate.
