Hello! My husband and I are taking a 2 week cruise in May, 2019 and are spending 4 nights in London prior to the cruise (May 15 - 19, 2019). I have been trying to make reservations at Aster House in London. Received several responses but, during this past week, sent confirmation e-mail regarding which room I wanted and asked how to send credit card information to assure it is kept confidential.
I am not hearing any thing back from Aster House. Has anyone else had this problem??
