Arriving Heathrow/ train to Brighton next day - hotel area ideas?

Hello

So I am arriving at Heathrow at 830 on a Thursday evening. I was planning on taking a train to Brighton the next day in the afternoon - looks like there are 2 options to go to Brighton from either the Blackfriars
area or Victoria station.

I have been in travel planning limbo with picking options for that one night. The main thing is wanting to be somewhere that isn’t horribly noisy and is near a train that gets me to either of those stations or - place that itself is near the actual stations.
And I apologize, in the US, at least where I am from we use train to indicate multiple options that run on tracks whether it’s a subway ( underground) commuter ( overground) or Amtrak ( cross country etc)

Any ideas of regions you would pick would be much appreciated . And if you happen to know a place you liked that would be a bonus.

I have debated staying at Heathrow to get the soundproofing benefit but don’t know if that isn’t just making the next day more of a headache.

Anyway thanks for any ideas and your kindness .
Thank you

There’s a Premier Inn by Blackfriars station.

You could then enjoy a pub meal at the gorgeous art deco Blackfriars pub. It’s across the road from the Blackfriars station. Very interesting architectural dichotomy.

You can also consider other stations not so central.

East Croydon can work, if you are comfortable having a ~60 mins train ride after landing.

There is a premier inn near Hayes and Harlington station, 1 station away from Heathrow. It is fairly new.

Hotels around Farringdon station would also be very convenient. You can take the Elizabeth line straight from LHR and Brighton trains also call there.

Thank you everyone for your really helpful suggestions. I went w a premier hub inn that seems miniature but feels like it gives me wiggle room to cancel and change when I have slept better .

Per after Brighton I have been looking at a stay in London and have honestly have been going nuts trying to sort what makes sense plus add in an accessibility of stations concern into this search. I’m trying not to break the bank but be in an ok area

I had no idea just how many stations in London didn’t have lifts until I began this search!

But anyway it’s very helpful to know the different ideas. If anyone is still reading this thread and thinks ok if u don’t want loads of stairs at a station etc - chose the following stations, id be grateful. I feel like I’m losing it looking at trying to save money while discovering so many places I would struggle to go in and out of.

Thank all of you for your kindness and advice

This isn’t what you asked, but you could consider staying near the airport and catching the National Express bus the following day. The bus is very comfortable and you could probably find a hotel nearby without steps. I arrived at Terminal 3 and it was a bit of a walk to the Heathrow Central Bus Station (10-15 min), but no stairs.

There are also late night busses on your arrival night, if you wanted to go on to Brighton.

You could just push through to Brighton.
Take the tube to London Victoria then the last Brighton train at midnight.
For a step free option National Express to Victoria, then a short walk down the street to the train station.
Or tube to Blackfriars then last Brighton train of the night on Thameslink at just after 1am.
But TTM's idea of the through 2 hour bus ride is a good one with buses at 2240, 2340 and 0040.
All step free, your luggage is stowed in the hold and you can snooze all the way.
