Anyone Having Trouble Buying BA Tickets?

It isn't a daily flight for BA so you may be looking a day when there aren't any. Look at easyJet as well

I don't know if this is remotely related, but last November our return trip from Amman, Jordan was canceled, and we were rerouted on a partner airline. Flights were canceled for weeks. I'd read BA flights from Heathrow to New York were also cancelled for days during the same time period.

At the time, my understanding was, BA was having difficulties getting parts for their plane's engines. Still related? Don't know. Good luck.

Are you trying to use the app or the website? I sometimes have trouble booking on the app.

I tried doing a dummy booking on the app and it showed issues. I then tried on the website and no problem.

Still no luck this morning, so I ended up calling BA customer service and bought the tickets by phone. They waived the usual 10 GBP fee for phone purchases as a result of the website issue, which I appreciated. So ready to go now. Thanks everyone for your feedback.

I had trouble last week. The sale is through the 28th so I think the website/app are being overwhelmed.

I tried to buy tickets on their website last week and kept getting an error on the "complete payment" page. It was the type of error that suggested I hadn't entered a value correctly, but I could not for the life of me figure out where or how to fix it. After trying 3 or 4 times I gave up and purchased a similar itinerary on American Airlines. Very frustrating.
