I have not heard of them. If you're looking for alternatives, to get better answers you might specify where you need the private transfer and where you're going (e.g., Heathrow to hotel in London).

Family of 4 adults. Heathrow to Hyde park area hotel. Then another trip from Stansted to Windsor. Willing to pay the extra for door to door instead of shlepping the luggage from train station to hotels.

I've not heard of them and can't find any reviews either. I can find reviews for minicabs.co.uk on Trip Advisor and Minicabit on Trust Pilot, but no minicabing...
