What a shame if thousands of Fish n’ Chip places are forced to go out of business. Just home from South Africa, and it’s a key meal there, too, but they use other species than cod. We were told repeatedly how the soaring price (and availability) of sunflower oil is affecting people.

Oil notwithstanding, if fish is the key factor in this situation, maybe the places that remain open in the U.K. will be offering just Chips n’ Chips.

If a tea shortage happens, that will be catastrophic. Hopefully the Chippies can make it through this.
