I know this is still about 7 months out, but does anyone know if F&M is open for Afternoon Tea on Easter Sunday? ... can't seem to find a direct answer and their reservation system only goes to mid-March ... I'm thinking I'll need to make a reservation as soon as that date becomes available, other dates might not be as difficult.

We had Afternoon Tea there on Christmas Eve a few years ago. Four of us one savory and one sweet assortment. It was so lovely.

No clue, but if I were you, I would send them a message on Facebook. I do that a lot with businesses and usually hear back pretty promptly from those who are active on FB (and F&M appears to be). https://www.facebook.com/fortnums/

I still remember my first afternoon tea at F&M's back in 1996. It was wonderful, although I think I just walked in. There was no reservation needed.
