Advice on hotel near Victoria Park, London

Just goggle Victoria Park hotels London and you will get hits on dozens of hotels in the area. Is there a particular reason for Victoria Park? Really nothing there. Almost to Straford airport. There is only one tube stop in the area -- Hackrey Wick - and that is some distance from the park. Public transit will be somewhat limited in that area. From your other posting, this is not matching up well with the train to Scotland.

The Underground isn't around there at all. Hackney Wick isn't a tube station - it has only the Overground.

What draws you out to South Hackney and Bow?

Thanks, there is a music festival May 25, and June 1st, at Victoria Park.

I'll use Rick's book to choose B&B and then just take underground/bus to Victoria Park for the festival.

I know it wasn't underground. Just use Tube as a generic reference to the rail transit -- probably shouldn't.

20 minute walk from Bethal Green Underground Station.
