We will be staying in Southern England for a few days after a cruise. We are looking for a central location to visit Bath, Winchester and Stonehenge. We would prefer a bed and breakfast but would gladly investigate any suggestions. We will be in the area in late June.

Will you be renting a car to see all of the above or using public transport?
Confused. Are you asking for BnB’s near Southampton? Or accommodations closer to the sites you wish to visit?
We will be using public transportation. We will port in Southhampton but would like to stay in a surrounding area that will be close to the places we would like to visit.
If you want to stay in one place and branch out to all three destinations, Salisbury is probably your best bet. It's on the train line and has a circulator bus to take you to Stonehenge as well as Old Sarum. According to Rome2Rio, you can get from Salisbury to Bath by train in about an hour and there are frequent departures. To get to Winchester from Salisbury, the bus is the most direct. There are only a few departures per day, so you'll need to mind the schedule You can also do it by train, but you have to go all the way to Southampton and change.
Then stay in Salisbury.
