Does anyone have recent experience renting short term apartments from the company A Place Like home?

I made a booking with them last summer for March 2017. While I can't comment on the property yet, the booking process was straightforward, and they were very responsive to e-mails. Hint: If you sign up for their e-mail list, they may send you a discount code within a few weeks. The only negative from my perspective is that they require 50% payment up front and 50% 60 days out, which is better than Airbnb but still not ideal.
