why don't you buy tickets from the attractions you wish to visit rather than a reseller no one has heard of?

Never heard of 365. Buy direct from the attraction online, not a reseller.

I've never heard of them. I order things and make my reservations through the direct companies - I don't tend to use resellers for anything...I don't see the point and I want to do business directly with the merchant at issue, be it airline tickets, hotels, or tourist sites.

We are going to need tickets for
London Eye
London Tower
Tower Bridge
Hampton Court
Westminster Abbey

The tickets through 365tickets look to be much cheaper than buying direct when we get there. I was hoping someone had used them and could share their experience with me

I've never heard of them, but if they are so much cheaper how is that possible?

I ordered tickets from them for Buckingham Palace, and needed to cancel. It took a few days of coordinating but was able to do so (for a fee of 5 GBP). It would have been easier just to go through attraction itself.
