Was about to print my vouchers for the 2for1 deals through train tickets and they all say they expire October 31.....we don't get to London until November 12. Anyone know if they will be available later?

Yes, they are renewed, some attractions drop in and out of the offers depending on the time of year.

Yes, they cycle around, some in and others out. You should also be able to pick up brochures at major stations (if you don't see any, ask) which include all the offers in a certain region, for example London or Birmingham, and will also have vouchers within which you can use at the attractions.
You can likely use a computer and printer at your hotel when you have landed, or if you are renting an apartment many good ones have computers and printers, as well as good wifi; or you may be able to print wirelessly from your tablet, laptop or phone.
