The strike is due to start about now and go for 24 hours. Eurostar say on their website that their services tomorrow may be disrupted.

Rebooking is being permitted for a later date for any ticket to Brussels today, irrespective of normal conditions.
Media report the reason for the strike as 'the network is so understaffed that workers are unable to take days off'. There may of course be more to it than that.
