Claudia, great link. Thank you for posting it. I wish I could be in London to see this!
"join us on a traffic-free Regent Street to celebrate the switch-on moment."
Beautiful Christmas lights, entertainment, plus hot chocolate!

I was by there on Monday. It looks like we have flying angels this year.

Oxford Street still looks like a wasteland of white balls.

Jermyn Street has a very interesting display - don't know what it will do at night, just saw it in the (dark because of rain daytime) but if I were going at night I would be sure to go from east to west - not west to east. It looks much more impressive going to the west.

New Bond Street looks interesting and different.

I only caught a glimpse of South Molton Street from the top of a suddenly faster bus on Oxford Street (who'd have thought) and I don't know what that display is but it would be well worth checking. Just watch out for illuminated rickshaws (no insurance).

I'll have just got off a 10 hour flight, :O but depending how I feel, I might go down and have a look.
Thanks for letting us know where all the best lights are!

Will hit Regent, Oxford, and Carnaby streets when I’m there next month. The lights are always nice to see, but it would be nice if Oxford street changed its lights. They haven’t changed in a few years.

Nigel, will check out the Jermyn and South Molton streets too. Thanks.
