10 hours in London

We have an overnight in London on our return to the US in September. We were in London about 10 years ago and did many of the major sights--Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, etc. As this is our last day of our trip, we don't necessarily want to spend it in museums, but having a relaxing day in the city. We chose a hotel on Piccadilly near Hyde Park so that we are central to shopping--I'd love to spend some time checking out Selfridge's, Liberty of London, Harrod's, etc. Would love recommendations for lunch and dinner--looking for a great pub for fish & chips for dinner. Anything else we should check out?

The Star on Belgrave Mews or the Beauchamp on Beauchamp Place are nice pubs, and they certainly used to do nice food (though I haven't eaten at either of them for quite a while).

Dog and The Duck or the The Old Coffee House in SoHo when you are enjoying the uniqueness of Liberty.
