We will be checking in to the Great Northern Hotel on the evening of Dec 28 and will depart London on Eurostar for Paris around 2pm on Dec 30. That gives us about 1&1/2 days for (first time) touring.
At this point the only thing definite in our itinerary is that we have 7:30pm theater tickets on Tuesday, Dec 29.
I would love to be able to visit the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, and Windsor Castle if we could (enjoyably) manage to do so in that time frame. If we could, additionally, attend an evensong service at St. Pauls, that would be a nice bonus.
Is this too much to attempt? If it is feasible, is there an order of visiting which makes the most sense? Thanks for any advice which may be offered.
