Which of these is the best?

Dear Community,

I'm planning to visit Newcastle upon Tyne and need your advice upon the best eaterie near the Bridge. We plan to see it near midday and thought it would be a perfect place for a bit longer stop with interesting dining experience. I've come to a rather big list of possible places, but can't choose the most cosy one for a meal for two, a more romatic feel is welcome. Im' checking the list on Restaurant Guru, can you advise me one of the best from the list according to your point of view?

If there is a chance they do, there should be a place with a nice menu! Can you recommend a place that I should choose for a visit?

I've no idea what Restaurant Guru is but that list is too random to be of any use.

Anyway, the most highly regarded restaurant near the Tyne Bridge would likely be http://houseoftides.co.uk/

21 is good, as is Cafe Vivo.

P.S.Probably, the list I provided is a bit messed up, as I didn't choose any parameters to filter it. I was too lost at the moment of making the post and very tired, and desperate for help. Thanks again.
