Did you read the reviews on booking.com? Seems like continuing issues with sewage smells and dodgy electrics.

It's awful, very rundown, unsafe and run by a company called Aura Lets. We have just returned from there, I had booked another apartment through the same people and was told it wasn't available and "upgraded" to this place. It was so bad that I am trying to get a refund. It is nothing like the pictures, 2 sets of bunk beds with matresses underneath the bottom bunk to sleep 6.
