If you don’t need an elevator its fine. Rooms are small. Stairs are steep. Good enough location though. Personally in that area I’d have opted for the Premier Inn.

Enjoy your visit to London. Great city to explore.

Claudia: Just curious as why you would choose the Premier Inn line over the boutique Inn? Is there one in particular? Tks!

Been going and staying in London for decades.

Have stayed in basement apartments, penthouses, Vancouver Studio Apartments, 63 Bayswater, Air B n B’s, friends homes and in Premier Inns.

Simply like the PI’s for their locations, prices, elevators, comfortable beds, and security. Early on breakfast was included in the price. No longer so I head out to the closest cafe or coffee spot ( except Starbucks.)

Those are my reasons.

Our preferred hotel in that area closed several years so we drifted to the Best Western Victoria Palace. Several good restaurants including a great breakfast place is within minutes of walking. We stay in the annex and this is where we were rewarded one year when we found a 50 pound note in the safe at the time when the pound was closer to $2.

The Premier Inn and BW are in a better location. Much closer to Victoria station. Don't know the prices for The Belgrave but I would rather be closer to Victoria station.
