Rick Steves' book listed the Pelham Hotel in Kensington as a 'splurge'. It was way overpriced. Do not be fooled by the photos. We paid top dollar and were assigned room #9, which was old and run down, with carpet stains. There was no room for our luggage. (one carry-on suitcase each). The 1/2 closet was tiny, placed on top of a shelving. The common areas are run down. Customer service lacking as well.
