London Paddington is the station from which trains depart to Bath. There is a departure every 30 minutes and the trip takes 1½ hours.
Look up times and buy tickets on the National Rail site: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/
Tickets are a lot cheaper of bought in advance, but when you buy a ticket you have to decide which train you want to travel on, and you have limited options if you change your mind later.
