Hello,
We will be traveling from Newcastle to London by train. We are looking for a hotel in which we can walk to from the train station.. Our hotel budget about 200. We are also interested in a good tour company to take us to Stonehenge.
Thank you for your help and time.
Can you narrow down the dates? Price fluctuation makes a difference in recommendations.
Thank you for everyone's response. I will look up hotels in those area, Emma, you suggested. Have a wonderful day.

The "London Walks" company is what you need. They are an excellent company. Reasonable cost tours.

We used Evan Evans to do a day tour to Stonehenge. We thought the tour was very good.
The Ridgemont and Gower Hotel, both in Gower St, Bloomsbury, are both good and under 200. With the added attraction of being opposite the British Museum and a 10 minute walk to Oxford St. Catch the tube from Kings Cross or StPan to Goodge St station, and the two hotels are about a 200 yard walk from there.
Love the Ridgemount. It is within a few blocks of several tube stations.Family owned.Good breakfast.Clean ! Staying there in October.
