Keep in mind that Sunday Roast is served in the afternoon rather than during the dinner hour.
You might look at the Timeout list for ideas:

If you make a trip out to see Hampton Court Palace (Henry VIII’s palace southwest of downtown London) - highly recommended, there’s a wonderful Sunday Roast at The Mute Swan, directly across the road from the palace.
I’ve had Sunday Roast there twice, on two separate trips to London - the first time was in November.
Where will you be staying (hotel, neighborhood)? Do a search of that area for recommendations of pubs and restaurants with Sunday roast, look on Trip Advisor, etc...and make a reservation as early ahead of time as possible.
Depends on what you want to spend.
Hawksmoor is expensive but excellent.
Blacklock in Shoreditch. After they can amble about looking at the wall mural art.
Many many pubs offer Sunday Roast options.
Another vote for Blacklock (although I went to the City location).
We went to Cora Pearl in Covent Garden for a Sunday roast dinner (at lunch time is when it is served.) last summer. It was the best meal we had on our trip to the British Isles. We made an advance reservation. It is not a large restaurant. Here is their website: http://www.corapearl.co.uk
Enjoy!
Here is a recent article. https://www.forbes.com/sites/nicoletrilivas/2023/04/04/londons-best-sunday-roasts/?sh=493b8f1f3690 The Game Bird is mentioned and it is excellent but expensive. If nothing else have a pre or post cocktail at The American Bar there at The Stafford Hotel.
I just saw a wonderful travel show about London yesterday. The local guide ate at The George in Fitzrovia off Regent Street. It looked delicious and traditional. We stayed near the British Museum this past April and just walked to a pub nearby. We enjoyed our dinner but had nothing to compare it to.
