We are planning a trip to London with friends for a few days in September. I am looking for recommendations on locations in London to look for a 2-bedroom apartment, like on Airbnb or VRBO. We have stayed in Covent Garden area on a prior trip, but we are open to other areas.
Any advice based on your experience would be greatly appreciated.

I was going to refer you to a place I have stayed at previously, but a quick check shows it is booked through until next spring. It makes me wonder if you are going to have trouble finding this type of accommodation at this late date. Another option that others have recommended are the Marlin service apartments.
