No, but we stayed at the Hilton across the street from Victoria station.

We have used the Best Western Victoria Station several times. Couple of blocks south of Victoria station. Stayed in the annex. Nothing special but more than adequate.

The Resident Victoria is a 5-minute walk from Buckingham Palace.
