We arrive in London at 2205 Saturday night and out connecting flight leaves Sunday Morning at 1150.
I've looked at the Sofitel and Premier Inn Terminal 4.
How long will it take to get to the Premier Inn from terminal 5?

The LHR site says it’s about 20 minutes to go from T5 to T4. https://www.heathrow.com/airport-guide/getting-around-heathrow/travel-between-terminals
Once you are at T4 you go upstairs, turn right, look for the glass doors and signs to the Hilton &Premiere Inn and start walking along the covered walkway. Signs will mark down your journey from a 10 minute walk, 5 minute walk, etc. These signs are accurate as our granddaughter tested them this summer with her phone’s stopwatch. So once you are leave T5 it should be about 30 minutes time before you are walking in the lobby of the PI at T4.

Per Mona, taking the free Heathrow Express train is pretty straightforward.
If you're loaded down with luggage or just prefer door to door service there are mini cabs available for about 15 pounds.... takes about the same amount of time.

Take the 482 or 490 bus instead of the Heathrow Express. Saves a long up and down journey and the need to change at T2/3.
