Good places to eat around Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf

Thanks for the great answers to my good place to eat near the British Museum question.

Now for the next on. My wife and I will be heading to the Museum of London Docklands after visiting the Royal Observatory. Any recommendations for lunch and/or dinner places once we cross the Thames heading to the Museum?
