Hello Forum Members. First time posting from a long time lurker.
First, thank you all to all the regulars who are so helpful. I learned about this B&B right here on the forum. I spent 9 nights in room 3 (the smallest room) and I had similar experiences to other forum members. Great host, great location, nice breakfast, and very reasonably priced. It's billed as a luxury B&B and I would say the updated bath with heated towel rack fits that bill. The bedroom wasn't as updated but suited my needs. It might be a tight fit for 2 people for longer stays. For perspective, I'm mid-sixties and this was my 7th trip to London. I've previously stayed in South Kensington, Bayswater, and Mayfair and wanted to try somewhere new. Plus I'd never stayed at a B&B.
Since I was there 9 nights, I needed a change for breakfast a couple of mornings. The KIN Cafe was awesome. Just a couple minutes walk from the B&B. All vegetarian and vegan. Friendly staff. It looked like walk-ins were the norm for weekday breakfast but I'm sure you'll need a reservation at other times. I had a vegan chickpea and olive omelet and it was delicious. The porridge was also excellent.
