I found a reference to Cross Pollinate apt rentals here on the forum. I looked over their offerings and booked an apt near Hyde Park. Just wondering if anyone else has used this company to book a short term apt. We will be in London 5days after a RS Scotland tour. The few reviews I found were very good but I’d like to hear from anyone here on their experience.

I used this company 19 years ago in Rome. They’ve been around a while! I can’t speak to their London apartments, but we had no problems in Rome.

Yes they are based in Rome but represent apt rentals in several European cities. I just can’t find much info or recent reviews. Their website is minimal but my reservation shows as confirmed and deposit is refundable so I will continue research. The rate is quite reasonable compared to Airbnb and such.

I used them twice-Rome and Venice-and all worked out well-good price
and nice properties...no problems.

Well thanks for the positive comments re Cross-Polenate.....um 13 and 19 yrs out 😼 i still have not found any recent reviews on the London properties. But I will add that they have been quickly responsive to my questions so I feel good about following through with my reservation.
This will be my first visit to London so having a great time looking over maps and tube info. You all here are such a wealth of info and kindness, thank you so very much.
