I booked this establishment 10 months ago and then reconfirmed the reservation 6 weeks before the trip. I received a confirmation that all was good. Less than 3 weeks before we were to leave on vacation I received an email telling me that that had double booked the room that WE had reserved almost a year ago (a super king room) and we could either take a double bed at a discount, change rooms halfway through the stay or she would "try" and find us another king room somewhere else and she would pay the "reasonable" difference. I emailed back and said I guessed we would take a different place. I waited a day and didn't hear back so I decided to find a place on my own. I did and emailed Sue back, telling her that I found a room and I did have to pay more money. They new room was about 30 pounds more per night. I have now waited almost a week and I have heard nothing back from her offering to pay for the difference as she offered. Very poor management of this establishment. At least I was lucky enough to find somewhere else on such short notice.
