We stayed at Abbeyfields (19 Bootham Terrace in York) for two nights in May. One of the nicest B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Beautiful house & room and great breakfasts (we're vegetarians -- so nice to have things to choose from!). Located near a lovely park that you walk through to get to York Minster and the center of the town. Handy to the train station. Our first visit to York - we loved it, and I'm so glad we stayed at Abbeyfields.

We also stayed there in May, one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in. Our room was light airy and roomy, comfortable bed. The owners Les and Al were just wonderful to give us so much information. Almost like they were our tour guide. Our breakfast every morning was first class!
