Rick recently posted on his blog the concern "family run" hotels are encountering while trying to maintain their market share. OK - I'm all for staying at a small friendly family run hotel. I'll be in Bucharest the first week of April, 2018. Any recommendations?

Ive stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel. Worked well for me. Good location. Good service. Clean. http://rembrandt.ro/ Its probalby where i will stay on the next trip as well.
