We get off a cruise ship in Copenhagen headed to Berlin. What is the best way to get to Berlin via train.
Take a taxi from the cruise port to Copenhagen’s central station. You want to take a train that involves no more than one transfer in Hamburg. This is a long day taking 7h: https://www.bahn.com/en.
Another option is to take a taxi to the airport and fly to Berlin nonstop.
Taxi to Copenhagen Central station. ICE train to Berlin Hbh. Multiple trains daily, with one or 2 train changes. Look at the D bahn website for times and prices. I agree that given the length of the train ride, flying makes a LOT more sense.
If you want to spend the day in Copenhagen there is also two sleeper trains. None of them depart from the central station though. Snälltåget departs from Ørestad and SJ from the airport. Both station are easily reachable with metro.
