We're going to be in Copenhagen for a few days in August. Is it worth taking the train over to Malmo for an afternoon? The idea of visiting another country for a couple hours sort of appeals but not sure if our time wouldn't be better spent seeing things in Copenhagen.

No, Malmo is not on Rick's sightseeing list. There's lots to see in Copenhagen and our favorite side trips from there would include Roskilde (for tombs of the kings and the Viking Ship museum) or north to more castles and Louisiana Museum of Modern Art.
